tegra ODM: whistler ODM query EMC DFS board ID and DAP pad control
Ensures that EMC DFS table for Hynix LPDDR2 is only used on E1108 boards with
Hynix LPDDR2
Program the DAP pad control correctly to ensure that I2S master mode frame
syncs are transmitted correctly
squash nvodm_query_common.c into nvodm_query.c
