ccwmx51: Conditional remote wakeup.
Registering for remote wakeup should be conditional on having support
for USB suspend. Nevertheless this functionality is not working in the
FSL BSP and we don't have the requirement to make it work right now.
This change comes from the 2.6.31 merge and is no longer needed.
