gpio: fix 'CONFIG_GPIO_IRQCHIP' comments
These two typos were introduced in commit 1425052097b5 ("gpio: add IRQ
chip helpers in gpiolib").
The correct symbol name is CONFIG_GPIOLIB_IRQCHIP.
