ENGR00170124: Fix for USBH1 OTG IOMUX and GPIOs in board-mx6q_sabreauto.c
USBH1 was not responding to plug events
USBH1 power up settings trough Port Exp B
OTG power up settings trough Port Exp C
Functionality was tested using a mx6qsabreauto cpu board + 53ARD main board
