ENGR00133481-1 [MX28] eMMC Write failed on MX28 boards
Fix eMMC can't write bug on mx28 evk boards.
HOST send the data at neg edge, the card receive the
data at pos edge in DDR mode
But in SDR mode, card is always receive the data at pos edge
