media: platform: tegra: Add features for OV7695
Adding the following features to ov7695 YUV sensor
- EV Compensation(-2, -1, 0, +1, +2)
- White Balance Modes (Auto, Cloudy, Daylight,
Fluoresent, Incandescent)
