toradex_defconfig: update after stable merges
Since commit e59386c30019 ("memory: fsl_ifc: Make FSL_IFC config visible
and selectable"), MTD_NAND_FSL_IFC kconfig does not select MEMORY
anymore. Notice we disable NAND support in toradex_imx_v8.config,
however MTD_NAND_FSL_IFC is enabled on imx_v8_defconfig file from NXP,
causing MEMORY to also be enabled into toradex_defconfig file.
This is our downstream configuration file, which does not exist
upstream.
