[PATCH] slab: kmalloc, kzalloc comments cleanup and fix
- Move comments for kmalloc to right place, currently it near __do_kmalloc
- Comments for kzalloc
- More detailed comments for kmalloc
- Appearance of "kmalloc" and "kzalloc" man pages after "make mandocs"
