ftrace: fix build problem with CONFIG_FTRACE
I'm seeing when I use separate src/build dirs:
make[3]: *** [arch/x86/kernel/time_32.o] Error 1
/bin/sh: scripts/recordmcount.pl: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [arch/x86/kernel/irq_32.o] Error 1
/bin/sh: scripts/recordmcount.pl: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [arch/x86/kernel/ldt.o] Error 1
/bin/sh: scripts/recordmcount.pl: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [arch/x86/kernel/i8259.o] Error 1
/bin/sh: scripts/recordmcount.pl: No such file or directory
This fixes it.
