arm64: dts: ti: k3-am69-aquila: increase maximum dp lane speed to 5400 mbps
Commit fe4c87ecc593 ("HACK: arm64: dts: ti: k3-j784s4-evm: Add
serdes_dp_link max-bit-rate") limited the maximum lane speed of
the display port lanes to 2700 Mbps. This limits the display mode
to 4k@30fps.
The Aquila dtsi file copied that setting. Change it to 5400 Mbps
which allows 4k@60fps.
