tegra: Bluetooth reset pulse width is not long enough.
Fixed 2 issues in the rfkill driver for bluetooth.
- Code assumed that the GPIO is the power pin, when it is infact a reset pin
Fixed by renaming the variable.
- Length of the reset pulse was not long enough and didn't met the spec.
Added a 5 msec sleep to meet the CSR spec.
