[ALSA] ca0106 - Code clean up
Modules: CA0106 driver
Clean up snd-ca0106 driver code:
- Fix spaces and indents
- Remove unnecessary spinlocks
- Clean up the mixer callbacks using private_value
- Clean up mixer constructors using an array
