[ALSA] Add HDSP MADI driver
HDSPM driver,PCI drivers,RME9652 driver Added RME Hammerfall DSP MADI driver by Winfried Ritsch. (Moved from alsa-driver tree to mainline.) Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
