LF-218 reset: dispmix: remove dev when init mmio regmap
Remove dev for mmio regmap init can forbid the
regmap to create entries for this device under
the /sys/kernel/debug/regmap/ directory which
can avoid hang issue when access the registers
if no display connected to it.
