2022-02-16ARM: dts: Fix timer regression for beagleboard revision cTony Lindgren
[ Upstream commit 23885389dbbbbc698986e77a45c1fc44a6e3632e ] Commit e428e250fde6 ("ARM: dts: Configure system timers for omap3") caused a timer regression for beagleboard revision c where the system clockevent stops working if omap3isp module is unloaded. Turns out we still have beagleboard revisions a-b4 capacitor c70 quirks applied that limit the usable timers for no good reason. This also affects the power management as we use the system clock instead of the 32k clock source. Let's fix the issue by adding a new omap3-beagle-ab4.dts for the old timer quirks. This allows us to remove the timer quirks for later beagleboard revisions. We also need to update the related timer quirk check for the correct compatible property. git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/clk/linux Pull clk updates from Stephen Boyd: "Nothing changed in the clk framework core this time around. We did get some updates to the basic clk types to use determine_rate for the divider type and add a power of two fractional divider flag though. Otherwise, this is a collection of clk driver updates. More than half the diffstat is in the Qualcomm clk driver where we add a bunch of data to describe clks on various SoCs and fix bugs. The other big new thing in here is the Mediatek MT8192 clk driver. That's been under review for a while and it's nice to see that it's finally upstream. Beyond that it's the usual set of minor fixes and tweaks to clk drivers. There are some non-clk driver bits in here which have all been acked by the respective maintainers. SM6126 (aka Snapdragon 665) was introduced, together with the Sony Xperia 10II phone with support for framebuffer, USB, eMMC and volume keys. SM8150 gained inline crypto support for UFS enabled, CPU opp-tables was introduced to scale DDR and L3 frequencies and SPI nodes where added, in addition to a number of smaller fixes. SM8250 gained a number of minor fixes and had its serial engines wired up to use the GENI wrappers' DMA engines. SM8350 had wakeup-parent defined for the TLMM gpio node and I2C13 was introduced. SDM845 display clocks was corrected and Lenovo Yoga C630 got IPA enabled and now has working LTE connectivity. Additionally a number of minor fixes throughout to correct DT validation warnings. Samsung Galaxy S5 gains regulator definitions for audio and modem remoteprocs, effectively enabling these. DSI clocks on APQ8064 are updates as the old legacy clock names are no longer supported by the driver. And IPQ806x GMAC nodes gains AHB resets wired up. Lastly APQ8060 is converted to a SPDX header and the ethernet node is updates in accordance with the binding. * tag 'qcom-dts-for-5.15' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/qcom/linux: ARM: dts: qcom: add ahb reset to ipq806x-gmac ARM: dts: qcom: Fix up APQ8060 DragonBoard license ARM: dts: qcom: msm8974: castor: Add Bluetooth-related nodes ARM: dts: qcom: msm8974: Add blsp2_uart7 for bluetooth on sirius ARM: dts: qcom: Add initial DTS file for Samsung Galaxy S III Neo phone dt-bindings: arm: qcom: Document MSM8226 SoC binding ARM: dts: qcom: Add support for MSM8226 SoC ARM: dts: qcom: apq8060: Correct Ethernet node name and drop bogus irq property ARM: dts: qcom: apq8064: correct clock names ARM: dts: qcom: msm8974-klte: Enable remote processors Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20210816211957.579365-1-bjorn.andersson@linaro.org Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>

2021-07-29dt-bindings: arm: Convert Gemini boards to YAMLLinus Walleij
This removes the old plaintext Gemini binding and replace it with a YAML schema, adding some new boards in the process. While we are at it, add the missing vendors to the vendor prefix file. Drop the overly deliberate description of subnodes and the big example from the old document. Keep the elaborate description. I noticed that "wiliboard" is not a real vendor, the vendor is named "wiligear" so deprecated this and replaced with the proper vendor. Add DH electronics DHCOM PicoITX and DHCOM DRC02 boards. The DHCOM DRC02 device can only house a SOM with iMX6S and not with iMX6DL, due to some thermal design consideration. But for compatible fsl,imx6dl is chosen, because fsl,imx6s isn't available, the iMX6S is basically a iMX6DL with one CPU core disabled and therefore the kernel discerns the iMX6S/iMX6DL automatically.
