commit 0f074c1c95ea496dc91279b6c4b9845a337517fa upstream. Increase the maximum number of PHYs to 3, which is sufficient for now. 2021-02-04dt-bindings: usb: generic-ohci: Add missing compatible stringsRob Herring
The generic OHCI binding needs to document all the specific compatible strings so we can track undocumented compatible strings. Add all the compatible strings from in tree users. 2021-01-11dt-bindings: Add missing array size constraintsRob Herring
DT properties which can have multiple entries need to specify what the entries are and define how many entries there can be. In the case of only a single entry, just 'maxItems: 1' is sufficient. Add the missing entry constraints. These were found with a modified meta-schema. Unfortunately, there are a few cases where the size constraints are not defined such as common bindings, so the meta-schema can't be part of the normal checks. 2020-05-14dt-bindings: ehci/ohci: Allow iommus propertyAndre Przywara
A OHCI/EHCI controller could be behind an IOMMU, in which case an iommus property assigns the stream ID for this device. Allow that property in the DT bindings to fix a complaint about the Arm Juno board's DTS file. Signed-off-by: Andre Przywara <andre.przywara@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
2020-04-14dt-bindings: usb: generic-ohci: Document power-domains propertyGeert Uytterhoeven
It is quite common for a generic OHCI block to be embedded in an SoC in its own power domain. Hence allow the DTS writer to describe the controller's position in the power hierarchy, by documenting the optional presence of a "power-domains" property. This gets rid of "make dtbs_check" warnings like: arch/arm64/boot/dts/renesas/r8a774a1-hihope-rzg2m.dt.yaml: usb@ee080000: 'power-domains' does not match any of the regexes: 'pinctrl-[0-9]+' Signed-off-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert+renesas@glider.be> Reviewed-by: Yoshihiro Shimoda <yoshihiro.shimoda.uh@renesas.com> Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
2019-10-04dt-bindings: usb: Bring back phy-namesMaxime Ripard
While the original bindings that were superseeded by the YAML schemas didn't mention that phy-names was needed, it turns out that phy-names is required if phys is set according to phy/phy-bindings.txt. Let's add back those properties. 2019-04-16dt-bindings: usb: Convert the generic OHCI binding to YAMLMaxime Ripard
The generic OHCI binding is used by many controllers that are using the OHCI spec. Convert that binding to a YAML description to enable the validation on all the nodes using that binding.
