While the usb3503 variant uses a HSIC connection to upstream,
the usb3803 uses a regular USB connection and provides a
bypass mode which connects the upstream port with downstream
port 3.
This adds an additional control gpio to the configuration which
allows moving away from the bypass mode to either standby or hub
mode once the driver is instantiated.

When DWC3 is set to host mode by programming register DWC3_GCTL, VBUS
(or its control signal) will turn on immediately on related Root Hub
ports. Then the VBUS will be de-asserted for a little while during xhci
reset (conducted by xhci driver) for a little while and back to normal.
This VBUS glitch might cause some USB devices emuration fail if kernel
boot with them connected. One SW workaround which can fix this is to
program all PORTSC[PP] to 0 to turn off VBUS immediately after setting
host mode in DWC3 driver(per signal measurement result, it will be too
late to do it in xhci-plat.c or xhci.c).

Commit 69bec7259853 ("USB: core: let USB device know device node") added
support for attaching devicetree node for USB devices. Those nodes are
children of their USB host controller. However Exynos EHCI and OHCI
driver bindings already define child-nodes for each physical root hub
port and assigns respective PHY controller and parameters to them. This
leads to the conflict. A workaround for it has been merged as commit
01d4071486fe ("usb: exynos: add workaround for the USB device bindings
conflict"), but it disabled support for USB device binding for Exynos
EHCI/OHCI controllers.
To resolve it properly, lets move PHYs from the sub-nodes to a standard
array under the 'phys' property.

With a total of 50 non-merge commits, this is not a large pull
request. Most of the changes are, again, in dwc2 (37%) and dwc3 (32%)
with the rest of it scattered among other UDCs, function drivers and
device-tree bindings.
No really big feature this time around apart from support to Amlogic
being added to both dwc3 and dwc2 drivers.
