It is not uncommon to boot a root filesystem from a USB
pendrive and similar, so enable USB mass storage, backed
by SCSI and SD block devices in the RealView defconfig.

The realview has two defconfigs: realview_defconfig and
realview-smp_defconfig. We now have working SMP_ON_UP so
make them equal so we can delete the -smp variant. For
some reason NO_HZ_FULL was missing from the plain
realview_defconfig.

Now that we have multiplatform support, let the RealView
defconfigs select all the RealView boards so we boot out of
the box like before. This updates both defconfigs.

This adds a few features that are available on some
or all of the RealView but never made it into the defconfig
file:
- High-resolution timers
- Perf events and HW perf events from the PMU
- MTD AFS partition handling
- MTD ROM partition handling
- USB and ISP1760 USB driver

As we moved the Versatile LEDs to the LEDs subsystem and made
it a module, the config options are no more default-selected.
Make sure all users still experience LEDs properly by updating
all RealView and Versatile defconfigs.

This patches the condensed RealView defconfig activating some
stuff that has been missing from this config for some time and
some stuff that was merged in the 2.6.36 merge window:
- The new character LCD driver is enabled
- The Versatile I2C is enabled
- The PL022 SPI driver is enabled
- gpiolib is enabled (and makes MMC detection work properly)
- The new LEDs code is enabled with a heartbeat trigger
- The RTC class is enabled, and the PL031 RTC (onchip) and
the offchip DS1307 on I2C is enabled

26-bit ARM support was removed a long time ago, and this symbol has
been defined to be 'y' ever since. As it's never disabled anymore,
we can kill it without any side effects.

The original file was based on 2.6.14-rc2. Apart from the new symbols,
the explicitly enabled features are AACI, MMC, AEABI,
MACH_REALVIEW_PB1176 and MACH_REALVIEW_PB11MP.

dyntick is superseded by the clocksource/clockevent infrastructure,
using the NO_HZ configuration option. No one implements dyntick on
ARM anymore, so it's pointless keeping it around. Remove dyntick
support.

DEBUG_WAITQ appears to have been removed by others, but no one
removed the configuration option from ARM. Remote it from both
Kconfig.debug and all default configurations.
