2011-09-09ARM: cns3xxx: Fix compile error caused by hardware.h removedTommy Lin
Commit c9d95fbe59e426eed7f16e7cac812e46ac4772d0 "ARM: convert PCI defines to variables" deleted cns3xxx' hardware.h, but didn't remove references for it, so do it now. This patch removes lines that refer to hardware.h. 2010-12-14ARM: GIC: private a standard get_irqnr_preamble assembler macroRussell King
Provide a standard get_irqnr_preamble assembler macro for platforms to use, which retrieves the base address of the GIC CPU interface from gic_cpu_base_addr. Allow platforms to override this by defining HAVE_GET_IRQNR_PREAMBLE.
