GuruPlugD was initially named to be SHEEVAD, and it's causing naming
confusion in the mach-types database. Make it consistent by renaming
to GPLUGD.

This tries to clear up the confusion between integers and iomem pointers
in the marvell pxa platform. MMIO addresses are supposed to be __iomem*
values, in order to let the Linux type checking work correctly. This
patch moves the cast to __iomem as far back as possible, to the place
where the MMIO virtual address windows are defined.

The <mach/gpio.h> file is included from upper directories

platform and driver specific defines and functions into its own

Some platforms (like OMAP not to name it) are doing rather complicated
hacks just to determine the base UART address to use. Let's give their
addruart macro some slack by providing an extra work register which will
allow for much needed cleanups.
This is basically a no-op as this commit is only adding the extra argument
to the macro but no one is using it yet.

Instead of setting up a match interrupt for 'current_time + delta'

Currently, arch-mmp/time.c uses timer 0 both as a clocksource timer
and as a clockevent timer, the latter by setting up a comparator
interrupt to match on 'current_time + delta'. This is problematic
if delta is small enough, as that can lead to 'current_time + delta'
already being in the past when comparator setup has finished, leading
to the requested event not triggering.
As there is also a silicon issue that requires stopping a timer's
counter while writing to one of its match registers, we'll switch to
using two separate timers -- timer 0 as clockevent timer, which we'll
start and stop on every invocation of ->set_next_event(), and timer 1
as clocksource timer, which will be free-running.
This first patch enables timer 1 on boot, so that we can use it as
clocksource timer.

Now most of ARM machines has the alsmot same __clk_get/put() macro
So place it at the arch/arm/include/asm/clkdev.h and remove the reduntant header files
But some machines don't have the same form as above. It can use the machince specific clkdev file by HAVE_MACH_CLKDEV config
Now there are only 3 caese.
1) define the clk structure with clkdev macro => Need to move clk structure to proper header file
arch/arm/mach-versatile/include/mach/clkdev.h
arch/arm/mach-realview/include/mach/clkdev.h
arch/arm/mach-vexpress/include/mach/clkdev.h
arch/arm/mach-integrator/include/mach/clkdev.h
2) export the __clk_get/put function at clock.c
arch/arm/mach-shmobile/include/mach/clkdev.h
3) demuxing the clk source
arch/arm/mach-u300/include/mach/clkdev.h

The 6th bit of the NFC APMU register indicates NFC works whether

To be able to relocate the .bss section at run time independently from
the rest of the code, we must make sure that no GOTOFF relocations are
used with .bss symbols. This usually means that no global variables can
be marked static unless they're also const.
Let's remove the static qualifier from current offenders, or turn them
into const variables when possible. Next commit will ensure the build
fails if one of those is reintroduced due to otherwise enforced coding
standards for the kernel.

This patch moves the platform data definition from
arch/arm/plat-pxa/include/plat/i2c.h to include/linux/i2c/pxa-i2c.h so
it can be accessed from x86 the same way as on ARM.
This change should make no functional change to the PXA code. The move
is verified by building the following defconfigs:

imote2_defconfig pxa3xx_defconfig spitz_defconfig zeus_defconfig

Drive strength for PXA910 is a 2 bit value but because of the mapping in
plat-pxa/mfp.h needs to be shifted up one bit to handle real
location in mfp registers. (MMP2 and PXA910 drive strength start
at bit 11 while PXA168 starts at bit 10).
Values 0, 1, 2, and 3 effectively need to be
0, 2, 4, and 6 to fit into register. 8 does not work.
