2011-01-03	ARM: 6606/1: sa1100: Fix platform device registration	Jochen Friedrich
	Since commit 7a5b4e16c880f8350d255dc188f81622905618c1, simpad devices don't boot anymore, since platform devices are registered too early. Fix by moving the registration from map_io to arch_initcall as done on other sa1100 boards. 	Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
