Now that all boards are converted to device tree, devices.[ch] and
board-pinmux.[ch] are no longer used. So, remove them.
The only exception is the EHCI platform data in devices.h. Move that
data to board-dt-tegra20.c - the only places it's used.

Pull arm-soc driver specific updates from Olof Johansson:
"These changes are specific to some driver that may be used by multiple
boards or socs. The most significant change in here is the move of
the samsung iommu code from a platform specific in-kernel interface to
the generic iommu subsystem."

Not all boards use GPIO_PV0 as the ULPI PHY reset signal. Instead of
hard-coding this GPIO into devices.c, make the board files set it
explicitly. This will allow the PHY code to differentiate between set and
unset values, and hence know when to read the value from device tree.

tegra_pcm_device is no longer needed now that the Tegra ASoC code has
cleaned up its 'platform' registration. Remove it.

Commit 4a53f4e "USB: ehci-tegra: add probing through device tree" added
AUXDATA for Tegra's USB/EHCI controller. However, it pointed the platform
data at a location containing the address of the intended platform data,
rather than the platform data itself. This change fixes that.

The Tegra GPIO driver will be converted from static registration via
postcore_initcall() to be a platform device later in this patch series.
A new Tegra pinmux platform device will also be added.
Prepare for this by modifying all boards to register the appropriate
platform devices before-hand, so that when the drivers are converted,
those devices will be probed, and git bisectability will be maintained.

Add a common location to register resources for used on-chip devices
that are commonly configured on boards. Devices will be added to this file
as more drivers are added that can make use of them.
This is based on work contributed by several people, most of it from
Colin Cross and Erik Gilling.
