The ohci driver now calls clk_set_rate on the uhpck clock (which forwards
set_rate requests to its parent: the usb clock).
Remove useless references to usb clocks from ohci definitions.

Add fixed regulator for vmmc0 and attach the vmmc for it to the mmc0
node on the SAM5D3 Xplained board. This will remove the following
warning from the kernel:
atmel_mci f0000000.mmc: No vmmc regulator found
Note, atmel_defconfig will need fixed regulator support enabled if this
is to be used properly.

The SAM5D3 Xplained device tree is missing the vqmmc node which is
tied to 3.3V on the board. Add this to avoid the kernel warning that
there is no vqmmc node.

The mmc1 channel is not populated on the SAM5D3 Xplained board, however
it is enabled and therefore the driver is attaching to it.
The node configuration for mmc1 is missing, so add an mmc1 node in the
device tree and set its status to disabled. Also add the vmmc and the
necessary slot configuration if this node were enabled to avoid the following
warnings from the driver:
atmel_mci f8000000.mmc: No vmmc regulator found
atmel_mci f8000000.mmc: No vqmmc regulator found

commit 111573ccd89b ("mtd: atmel_nand: check NFC busy flag by HSMC_SR
instead of NFC cmd regs")
check NFC busy by nfc SR instead of NFC cmd regs. So we don't need to
map NFC cmd registers to include NFCBUSY bit.
That means we only need map 0x08000000 instead of 0x10000000 for NFC
cmd regs.
This patch reduce the NFC cmd regs map for sama5d3 & sama5d4.

Update the pinctrl ranges property to support pioD controller whose
mapping is not contiguous with other pio controllers. Without this
update, getting resource will fail, then pinctrl probe will fail too
because there is a missing pio controller.

The clock-frequency property became obsolete since the rework of the main
clock driver in 3.16 (see commit 27cb1c2083373a44130d50d4d2fb64cf7eff2d90).
It now get and uses the clock-frequency from the main_xtal node.

"We've got a fairly large cleanup branch this time. The bulk of this
is removal of non-DT platforms of several flavors:
- Atmel at91 platforms go full-DT, with removal of remaining

- OMAP removes legacy board files for three more platforms
- removal of non-DT mach-msm, newer Qualcomm platforms now live in
mach-qcom

When userland injects a SPI via the KVM_IRQ_LINE ioctl we currently
only check it against a fixed limit, which historically is set
to 127. With the new dynamic IRQ allocation the effective limit may
actually be smaller (64).
So when now a malicious or buggy userland injects a SPI in that
range, we spill over on our VGIC bitmaps and bytemaps memory.
I could trigger a host kernel NULL pointer dereference with current
mainline by injecting some bogus IRQ number from a hacked kvmtool:

So this patch fixes this by checking the SPI number against the
actual limit. Also we remove the former legacy hard limit of

We already do have a slight MFD_SYSCON dependency for

When CONFIG_VDSO=n, the build normally does not enter arch/arm/vdso/
because arch/arm/Makefile does not add it to core-y.
However, if the user runs 'make arch/arm/vdso/' the VDSO targets will
get visited. This is because the VDSO Makefile itself does not
consider the value of CONFIG_VDSO.
It is arguably better and more consistent behavior to generate an
empty built-in.o when CONFIG_VDSO=n and the user attempts to build
arch/arm/vdso/. It's nicer because it doesn't try to build things
that Kconfig dependencies are there to prevent (e.g. the dependency on
AEABI), and it's less confusing than building objects that won't be
used in the final image.

Commit bf35706f3d09 ("ARM: 8314/1: replace PROCINFO embedded branch with
relative offset") broke booting on nommu platforms as it didn't update
the nommu boot code. This patch fixes that oversight.

With the recent changes omaps have developed a dependency to MFD_SYSCON.
This is used for system control module generic register area and some
clocks.
We do have it selected in omap2plus_defconfig, but targeted config
files may not have it selected. Let's make sure it's selected like
few other ARM platforms are already doing.

When targeting ARMv3 (e.g. rpc) and enabling CONFIG_VDSO we get:
arch/arm/vdso/datapage.S:13: Error: selected processor does not
support ARM mode `bx lr'
One fix considered was to use 'ldr pc,lr' for such configurations, but
since the VDSO is unlikely to be useful for pre-v7 hardware, just make
it depend on CONFIG_CPU_V7.
