2008-04-29[POWERPC] mpc5200: add Phytec pcm030 board supports.hauer@pengutronix.de
Add board support for the Phytec pcm030 mpc5200b based board. It does not need any platform specific fixups and as such is handled as a mpc5200 simple platform. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca>
2008-01-26[POWERPC] Add common clock setting routine mpc52xx_psc_set_clkdiv()Grant Likely
PSC drivers should not access the CDM registers directly. Instead provide a common routine for setting the PSC clock parameters with the required locking. Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca>
2008-01-18[POWERPC] mpc5200: Add generic support for simple MPC5200 based boardsMarian Balakowicz
This patch adds support for 'mpc5200-simple-platform' compatible boards which do not need a platform specific setup. Such boards are supported assuming the following: - GPIO pins are configured by the firmware, - CDM configuration (clocking) is setup correctly by firmware, - if the 'fsl,has-wdt' property is present in one of the gpt nodes, then it is safe to use such gpt to reset the board, - PCI is supported if enabled in the kernel configuration and if there is a PCI bus node defined in the device tree.
