was bad. Renaming gpi000 -> gpio00

The <mach/gpio.h> file is included from upper directories
and deal with generic GPIO and gpiolib stuff. Break out the
platform and driver specific defines and functions into its own
header file.

As per example from the other ARM boards, push the LPC32XX
GPIO driver down to the GPIO subsystem so it can be consolidated.
