The mouse button emulation calls input device methods from an input
device. This causes funny lock nesting which is harmless as each
device has its own locks.
Give the nesting device its own lock classes so that lockdep will not
consider them the same.

get rid of input BIT* duplicate defines
use newly global defined macros for input layer. Also remove includes of
input.h from non-input sources only for BIT macro definiton. Define the
macro temporarily in local manner, all those local definitons will be
removed further in this patchset (to not break bisecting).
BIT macro will be globally defined (1<<x)

m68k/mac: Make mac_hid_mouse_emulate_buttons() declaration visible
drivers/char/keyboard.c: In function 'kbd_keycode':
drivers/char/keyboard.c:1142: error: implicit declaration of function 'mac_hid_mouse_emulate_buttons'
The forward declaration of mac_hid_mouse_emulate_buttons() is not visible on
m68k because it's hidden in the middle of a big #ifdef block.
Move it to <linux/kbd_kern.h>, correct the type of the second parameter, and
include <linux/kbd_kern.h> where needed.

The semantic effect of insert_at_head is that it would allow new registered
sysctl entries to override existing sysctl entries of the same name. Which is
pain for caching and the proc interface never implemented.
I have done an audit and discovered that none of the current users of
register_sysctl care as (excpet for directories) they do not register
duplicate sysctl entries.
So this patch simply removes the support for overriding existing entries in
the sys_sysctl interface since no one uses it or cares and it makes future
enhancments harder.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
