The s5p-tv driver has been replaced by the exynos drm driver for quite a
long time now. Remove this driver to avoid having duplicate drivers,
of which this one is considered dead code by Samsung.

Add the new match_reduced_fps argument to v4l2_match_dv_timings().
Depending on the situation you may or may not desire to match the
reduced_fps flag. Typically only HDMI transmitters will need to
check for this flag.

Let's not mix platform_data headers with the core headers. Instead, let's
create a subdir at linux/platform_data and move the headers to that
common place, adding it to MAINTAINERS.
The headers were moved with:

The g_mbus_fmt video op is a duplicate of the pad op. Replace all uses
by the get_fmt pad op and remove the video op.

Pull driver core update from Greg KH:
"Here's the set of driver core patches for 3.19-rc1.
They are dominated by the removal of the .owner field in platform
drivers. They touch a lot of files, but they are "simple" changes,
just removing a line in a structure.
Other than that, a few minor driver core and debugfs changes. There
are some ath9k patches coming in through this tree that have been
acked by the wireless maintainers as they relied on the debugfs
changes.

In order to have subsytem agnostic media bus format definitions we've
moved media bus definition to include/uapi/linux/media-bus-format.h and
prefixed values with MEDIA_BUS_FMT instead of V4L2_MBUS_FMT.
Reference new definitions in all platform drivers.

The video enum_dv_timings and dv_timings_cap operations are deprecated.
Implement the pad-level version of those operations to prepare for the
removal of the video version.

The dv_preset API is deprecated and is replaced by the much improved dv_timings
API. Remove the dv_preset support from this driver as this will allow us to
remove the dv_preset API altogether (s5p-tv being the last user of this code).

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.
