IR were not working for Winfast XP 2000 TV.
Gabor Nyekhelyi <n0gabor@vipmail.hu> wrote a hack some time ago:

This patch fixes CodingStyle and commits the hack. I suspect that the proper
solution would be to find the proper mask_keydown for this IR. Anyway, better
to have this patch as a workaround.

Since at least kernel 2.6.12-rc2, module.h includes moduleparm.h. This
patch removes all occurences of moduleparm.h from drivers/media files.

Besides adding the board specific code, this patch moves
the RC5 decoding code from bt8xx to ir-functions.c to make it available
for all drivers.
