2013-12-08uwb: Use dev_is_pci() to check whether it is pci deviceYijing Wang
Use PCI standard marco dev_is_pci() instead of directly compare pci_bus_type to check whether it is pci device. Signed-off-by: Yijing Wang <wangyijing@huawei.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
2013-10-16uwb: convert bus code to use dev_groupsGreg Kroah-Hartman
The dev_attrs field of struct bus_type is going away soon, dev_groups should be used instead. This converts the uwb bus code to use the correct field. Cc: Bruno Morelli <bruno@evidence.eu.com> Cc: <linux-usb@vger.kernel.org> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
2012-10-25umc-bus.c: fix usage of device_trylockClaudio Scordino
Fix usage of device_trylock. It has the same semantics of mutex_trylock, so it returns 1 if the lock has been acquired successfully. 2011-10-31uwb: Add module.h to the real uwb modular users.Paul Gortmaker
Lots of files were getting an implicit include of module.h for years now. But that will be fixed shortly. So get the real users to call out the include explicitly. Signed-off-by: Paul Gortmaker <paul.gortmaker@windriver.com>
2010-03-07Driver core: create lock/unlock functions for struct deviceGreg Kroah-Hartman
In the future, we are going to be changing the lock type for struct device (once we get the lockdep infrastructure properly worked out) To make that changeover easier, and to possibly burry the lock in a different part of struct device, let's create some functions to lock and unlock a device so that no out-of-core code needs to be changed in the future. This patch creates the device_lock/unlock/trylock() functions, and converts all in-tree users to them. 2009-08-26uwb: avoid radio controller reset loopsDavid Vrabel
If a radio controller reset attempt occurs while a probe() or remove() is in progress it fails and is retried endlessly, potentially preventing the probe() or remove() from completing. If a reset fails, sleep for a bit before retrying the reset. This allows the probe()/remove() to complete. Signed-off-by: David Vrabel <david.vrabel@csr.com>
2008-11-07uwb: don't unbind the radio controller driver when resettingDavid Vrabel
Use pre_reset and post_reset methods to avoid unbinding the radio controller driver after a uwb_rc_reset_all() call. This avoids a deadlock in uwb_rc_rm() when waiting for the uwb event thread to stop. Signed-off-by: David Vrabel <david.vrabel@csr.com>
2008-09-17uwb: add the umc busDavid Vrabel
The UMC bus is used for the capabilities exposed by a UWB Multi-interface Controller as described in the WHCI specification. Signed-off-by: David Vrabel <david.vrabel@csr.com>
