'before_power' was used to check the previous status when resume() is called. However, FB_BLANK_POWERDOWN was used in suspend() all the time, so there is no need to check the previous status. Also, redundant return variables are removed to reduce the code. This panel driver gets panel config/ plat power on/off/ connected path name from machine-info and registered as a spi device. This panel driver uses mmp_disp supplied register_panel function to register panel to path as machine-info defined.
