2008-06-01[ARM] 5060/1: remove unnecessary include of asm/io.hGreg Ungerer
Remove unnecessary include of asm/io.h. Signed-off-by: Greg Ungerer <gerg@uclinux.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2008-03-06[ARM] 4850/1: include generic pgtable.h for !CONFIG_MMU caseGreg Ungerer
The nonmmu version of pgtable.h needs to include asm-generic/pgtable.h as well. It needs to pick up empty definitions of things like arch_enter_lazy_cpu_mode() to compile cleanly. Signed-off-by: Greg Ungerer <gerg@uclinux.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-08-04[ARM] 4531/1: remove is_in_rom() protptypeGreg Ungerer
Remove unused is_in_rom() function prototype. Signed-off-by: Greg Ungerer <gerg@uclinux.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-07-20[ARM] 4503/1: nommu: Add noMMU support for ARMv7Catalin Marinas
This patch adds the necessary ifdef's to the proc-v7.S code and defines the v7wbi_tlb_fns macro in pgtable-nommu.h Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-07-20[ARM] 4504/1: nommu: Fix the ARMv6 support for MMU-less platformsCatalin Marinas
With this patch, Kconfig only selects CPU_HAS_ASID for the MMU case. It also corrects the typo in the v6wbi_tlb_fns definition in pgtable-nommu.h. Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-05-08Clean up mostly unused IOSPACE macrosDavid Gibson
Most architectures defined three macros, MK_IOSPACE_PFN(), GET_IOSPACE() and GET_PFN() in pgtable.h. However, the only callers of any of these macros are in Sparc specific code, either in arch/sparc, arch/sparc64 or drivers/sbus. This patch removes the redundant macros from all architectures except sparc and sparc64. 2006-11-30[ARM] Fix nommu buildRussell King
Fix warnings and errors in arch/arm/mm for nommu build. Remove commented out function prototype in pgtable-nommu.h Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2006-10-04Remove all inclusions of <linux/config.h>Dave Jones
kbuild explicitly includes this at build time. Signed-off-by: Dave Jones <davej@redhat.com>
2006-06-28[ARM] nommu: adjust headers for !MMU ARM systemsRussell King
Majorily based on Hyok Choi's patches, this fixes up the asm-arm header files for mmuless systems. Over and above Hyok's patches: - nommu.h merged into mmu.h (it's only a structure) - nommu_context.h is essentially the same as mmu_context.h, but without the MM switching code. so there's no point having separate files. Also, in memory.h, there's no point #ifndef'ing PHYS_OFFSET and END_MEM - both CONFIG_DRAM_BASE and CONFIG_DRAM_SIZE will always be set by the configuration scripts. Other files have minor formatting changes, but are essentially the same. Hyok's original patches were signed off thusly: Signed-off-by: Hyok S.
