This converts x86, x86-64, and xen to use the new helpers for
smp_call_function() and friends, and adds support for
smp_call_function_single().

differences. Move them all into asm-x86/irq_vectors.h

Function do_timer_interrupt_hook() don't take argument regs,
and structure hrtimer_sleeper don't have member cb_pending.
So delete comments refering to these symbols.
