unifdef-y and header-y has same semantic.
So there is no need to have both.
Drop the unifdef-y variant and sort all lines again

When IPv4 and IPv6 matches were unified approx. 3.5 years ago, they
received new header filenames (e.g. xt_CLASSIFY.h). Let's remove the
old ones now.
