(= snd_soc_dai_link_component) for CPU/Codec/Platform.
This patch switches to use it.

Declare snd_soc_ops structures as const as they are only stored
in the ops field of a snd_soc_dai_link structure. This field is
of type const, so snd_soc_ops structures having this property
can be made const too.
The following .o files did not compile:

Simplify a trivial if-return sequence. Possibly combine with a
preceding function call.
The semantic patch that makes this change is available
in scripts/coccinelle/misc/simple_return.cocci.

The fsl-ssi and imx-ssi drivers use inverted semantics for the tx_mask and
rx_mask parameter of the set_tdm_slot() callback compared to rest of ASoC.
This patch updates the driver's semantics to be consistent with the rest of
ASoC, i.e. a set bit means a active slot and a cleared bit means a inactive
slot. This will allow us to use the set_tdm_slot() API in a more generic
way.

The commit 1abe729 (ASoC: fsl: Add missing pm to current machine
drivers) enables pm support for a few IMX machine drivers. But it does
not update dev drvdata to be the pointer to 'card'. This causes the
kernel dump below in system suspend, because snd_soc_suspend() expects
that the dev drvdata points to 'card', while it still points to the
private data of machine driver.
This patch fixes imx-sgtl5000 and imx-wm8962 by attaching 'card' to dev
drvdata and private data to card drvdata. For imx-mc13783, I simply
revert the pm change because it must be broken for the same reason and
I don't have hardware to test pm enabling code.

Commit 42810d (ASoC: imx-mc13783: Add audmux settings for mx27pdk) broke
the sound on mx31moboard. Restore back the audmux setting on such boards.

Rather than instantiating imx-pcm-audio to call imx_pcm_dma_init(),
imx-ssi can just directly call it to save the use of imx-pcm-audio.
With this change, imx-ssi becomes not only a cpu DAI but also a
platform device, so updates platform device setup in imx-mc13783 and
mx27vis-aic32x4 accordingly.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As result the __dev*
markings will be going away.
Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst,
and __devexit.

mx27pdk board also has a mc13783 codec.
Add support for it and do a run-time machine type check to perform the correct
audiomux settings.
