From e597c2984c64609c6e1e1ac803f00f7550705860 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Anil S Keshavamurthy Date: Mon, 9 Jan 2006 20:52:45 -0800 Subject: [PATCH] kprobes: arch_remove_kprobe Currently arch_remove_kprobes() is only implemented/required for x86_64 and powerpc. All other architecture like IA64, i386 and sparc64 implementes a dummy function which is being called from arch independent kprobes.c file. This patch removes the dummy functions and replaces it with #define arch_remove_kprobe(p, s) do { } while(0) Signed-off-by: Anil S Keshavamurthy Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds --- arch/sparc64/kernel/kprobes.c | 4 ---- 1 file changed, 4 deletions(-) (limited to 'arch/sparc64') diff --git a/arch/sparc64/kernel/kprobes.c b/arch/sparc64/kernel/kprobes.c index bbd5aa6818ea..ff5e9d5cad50 100644 --- a/arch/sparc64/kernel/kprobes.c +++ b/arch/sparc64/kernel/kprobes.c @@ -61,10 +61,6 @@ void __kprobes arch_disarm_kprobe(struct kprobe *p) flushi(p->addr); } -void __kprobes arch_remove_kprobe(struct kprobe *p) -{ -} - static inline void save_previous_kprobe(struct kprobe_ctlblk *kcb) { kcb->prev_kprobe.kp = kprobe_running(); -- cgit v1.2.3
