This simplifies the code and makes it more generic by passing the data along with the filter function like we do for other drivers. In theory it could still be used on R-Car Gen1 SoCs, but that requires adding DT support to the driver, which is not planned. Remove the driver, it can be resurrected from git history when needed. In theory it could still be used on R-Car Gen1 SoCs, but that would require adding DT support to the driver. Instead, a new driver using the generic PHY framework should be written, as was done for R-Car Gen2. Remove the driver for good.
