From f4bda337bbb6e245e2a07f344990adeb6a70ff35 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Thomas Pedersen Date: Tue, 13 Nov 2012 10:46:27 -0800 Subject: mac80211: support RX_FLAG_MACTIME_END Allow drivers to indicate their mactime is at RX completion and adjust for this in mac80211. Also rename the existing RX_FLAG_MACTIME_MPDU to RX_FLAG_MACTIME_START to clarify its intent. Based on similar code by Johannes Berg. Allow doing this through mac80211 by adding fields to the RX status descriptor that describe the data while the data itself is prepended to the frame. However, there are also cases where the driver may need to request operations from userspace, e.g., when using security on the AP path. Add a new cfg80211 function for generating a TDLS operation event for drivers to request a new link to be set up (NL80211_TDLS_SETUP) or an existing link to be torn down (NL80211_TDLS_TEARDOWN).
