The same code also fixes another issue, before this patch L2CAP was sending many Disconnections Requests while we have to send only one. BDADDR_ANY can be used with HCIUNBLOCKADDR to remove all devices from the blacklist. The new 3.0 spec has a missing Retransmit-I-Frames action when the Remote side is Busy. We still start the retransmission timer if Remote is Busy and unacked frames > 0.
