The current image is built with the default btnxpuart.conf which
addresses the mwifiex driver use case. However, this configuration
does not match the Verdin iMX95 Wi-Fi HW.
Add conf file for the MXM driver supporting IW611 Wi-Fi chipset on
Verdin iMX95 SoM. Load the moal module first, wait two seconds, and
load btnxpuart. This avoids potential timing conflicts during firmware
loading between the two modules.
