burnflash: colibri-t30 bct, add parameter sets 1-3Colibri_VF_LinuxImageV2.2Beta1_20140603
Add SDRAM paramter sets 1-3 to 400MHz bct.
Without this strappings on GMI_AD[5:4] could result in failure to boot.
