Subject: torizoncore: integration: bump meta-toradex-distro to 6.8.7 release

during feature freeze.

Release 6.8.6 was skipped due to a bug in the BSP, so it is necessary to bump
meta-toradex-distro to 6.8.7 during the feature freeze.
