configs: lx2162a: Enable CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_MT35XU for lx2162a-qds
LX2162A-QDS has micron mt35xu512aba flash which requires flag
CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_MT35XU on to probe flash successfully.
