MLK-11721 imx: mx6q/dl/solo: default support SPI-NOR for sdb boards
1. Default support SPI-NOR for imx6q/dl/solo sabresd board.
2. Fix bug for mx6soloxxx_spinor_defconfig. "nosmp" should be
\"nosmp\".
