mmc: tegra: move CONFIG_TEGRA_MMC from headers to defconfigs
Basically running the following script:
tools/moveconfig.py CONFIG_TEGRA_MMC
Note that I left the SPL specific handling in
include/configs/tegra-common-post.h unchanged.
