This patch adds support for more PMBus compatible devices to the NXP
drivers for its QorIQ family devices. At runtime, the voltage regulator is
queried over I2C, and the required voltage multiplier determined. This
change supports the DIRECT and LINEAR PMBus voltage reporting modes.
Previously, the driver only supported a few specific devices such as the
IR36021 and LTC3882, so this change allows the QorIQ series to be used
with a much larger variety of core voltage regulator devices.
checkpatch warning "Use if (IS_DEFINED (...))" was ignored to maintain
consistency with the existing code.

Use CONFIG_IS_ENABLED() macro, which provides more convenient
way to check $(SPL)DM_I2C/$(SPL)DM_I2C_GPIO configs
for both SPL and U-Boot proper.
CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(DM_I2C) expands to:
- 1 if CONFIG_SPL_BUILD is undefined and CONFIG_DM_I2C is set to 'y',
- 1 if CONFIG_SPL_BUILD is defined and CONFIG_SPL_DM_I2C is set to 'y',
- 0 otherwise.
All occurences were replaced automatically using these bash cmds:

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

The current macro is a misnomer since it does not declare a device
directly. Instead, it declares driver_info record which U-Boot uses at
runtime to create a device.
The distinction seems somewhat minor most of the time, but is becomes
quite confusing when we actually want to declare a device, with
of-platdata. We are left trying to distinguish between a device which
isn't actually device, and a device that is (perhaps an 'instance'?)
It seems better to rename this macro to describe what it actually is. The
macros is not widely used, since boards should use devicetree to declare
devices.
Rename it to U_BOOT_DRVINFO(), which indicates clearly that this is
declaring a new driver_info record, not a device.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).
Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

emc2305 is a common driver. It should not use platform specific
i2c address for slave device.
Pass chip_addr as agrument to emc2305_init() and set_fan_speed()
so that emc2305 driver can be used with different platforms.

The Linux coding style guide (Documentation/process/coding-style.rst)
clearly says:
It's a **mistake** to use typedef for structures and pointers.
Besides, using typedef for structures is annoying when you try to make
headers self-contained.
Let's say you have the following function declaration in a header:
void foo(bd_t *bd);
This is not self-contained since bd_t is not defined.
To tell the compiler what 'bd_t' is, you need to include <asm/u-boot.h>
#include <asm/u-boot.h>
void foo(bd_t *bd);
Then, the include direcective pulls in more bloat needlessly.
If you use 'struct bd_info' instead, it is enough to put a forward
declaration as follows:
struct bd_info;
void foo(struct bd_info *bd);
Right, typedef'ing bd_t is a mistake.
I used coccinelle to generate this commit.

In case CONFIG_DM_ETH and CONFIG_MULTI_DTB_FIT are enabled implement the
board_fit_config_name_match() function in order to choose the
appropriate DTS for the current SERDES protocol configuration.

In case CONFIG_DM_ETH is enabled, no hardcoding is necessary for DPAA2
Ethernet devices. Compile out any unnecessary setup when CONFIG_DM_ETH
is activated. Also, force the PCI devices to be enumerated at probe
time.

Previous patches allow UEFI secure variables to be stored in an RPMB
device using OPTEE. Add a config for the lx2160a hardware so the feature
gets at least compiled.

Move GIC redistributor tables initialization to CPU setup function.
This patch introduces a GIC redistributor tables init function, and
moves the function of reserving memory for GIC redistributor tables
to soc.c and adds a argument for the memory size to reserve, BTW
rename the function so that it is more readable.

As the lower 16bit of the redistributor pending table is reserved
for describing the memory attributes, we must give a 64KB aligned
address to the GIC LPI initialization function.

The SDHC1_DAT4 signal could be routes to SDHC1_VS or SDHC1
adapter slot for SDHC1 usage. When SDHC1 is selected in RCW,
do not force to route it to SDHC1 adapter slot if find it
has already been configued for SDHC1_VS.

Currently LX2 board code uses arch_misc_init to set up the board mux on
RDB and QDS. Move this code to misc_init_r. This is consistent with LS
gen 2 and T series SoCs/boards.

The dts node of the DSPI controller in kernel is spi instead of dspi,
it is not correct if use "/soc/dspi@" to fix up the status of the dts
in kernel, so, modify it to "/soc/spi@".
The DSPI2 and I2C5 are muxed, and the status of DSPI2 node in kernel dts
default value is okay, So set the status of DSPI2 node in kernel dts to
disabled if it is muxed as I2C5.

The code that generates the compatible property concatenates the
ethernet phy id and clause-compatible information without
separating them with a comma, resulting into no ethernet phy driver
getting loaded by Linux kernel.

lx2160a rev1 and rev2 SoC has different pcie controller.
The pcie controller device tree node fields "compatible"
and registers names needs to be updated accordingly
This change in device tree is handled as part of
fdt fixups. These changes would only be applied
if the soc revision is not rev1.

DM_I2C_COMPAT is a compatibility layer that allows using the non-DM I2C
API when DM_I2C is used. When DM_I2C_COMPAT is not enabled for
compilation, a compilation error will be generated. This patch solves
the problem that the i2c-related api of the lx2160a platform does not
support dm.

MC firmware need to be aligned to 512M, so minimum 512MB DDR is reserved.
But MC support to work with 128MB or 256MB DDR memory also, in this
case, rest of the memory is not usable.
So reporting this extra memory to Linux through dtb memory fixup.

fsl-mc lazyapply command applies dpl from efi_exit_boot_services().
Status of fsl-mc node in working fdt is updated at this stage.
However, an efi application like grub may already have copied the fdt.
So the updates to fdt done at efi_exit_boot_services() may not be
visible to the OS. Fix it by updating fdt earlier if fsl-mc lazyapply
command is used.
