In previous commit, incoming standard passage is used by default
when initializing the bloblist, so explicitly BLOBLIST_PASSAGE is
no more needed.
Rename it as BLOBLIST_PASSAGE_MANDATORY to determine the behaviors
when an incoming transfer list does not exist or is invalid.
When it is selected, incoming standard passage is mandatory and
U-Boot will report an error when a valid incoming transfer list is
missing.

Refactor the xferlist to remove the relocating when bloblist passed
from the boot args.
Refactor bloblist init to use incoming standard passage by default
if a valid transfer list exists in the boot args.
For bloblist relocation, use the actual total size if it has a smaller
BLOBLIST_SIZE_RELOC.

This series of patches enhances the vexpress64 platform by enabling bloblist
support. It also introduces support for CONFIG_BLOBLIST_PASSAGE. This is
necessary to boot vexpress64 and other boards without manually specifying a
fixed address and size for the bloblist.
After this change, all the bloblist init modes are supported (i.e., fixed,
alloc, passage) and Vexpress64 boots with CONFIG_BLOBLIST_PASSAGE.

When the configuration option CONFIG_BLOBLIST_PASSAGE is selected, the
bloblist present in the incoming standard passage is utilised in-place.
There is no need to specify the size of the bloblist as the system
automatically detects it using the header information.

bloblist_find function only returns the pointer of blob data,
which is fine for those self-describing data like FDT.
But as a common scenario, an interface is needed to retrieve both
the pointer and the size of the blob data.
Add a few ut test cases for the new api.

Select CONFIG_64BIT so that we pass the -m64 option (instead of -m32) to
static analysis tools.
Introduce CONFIG_SPL_64BIT and select it for architectures other than
x86 with 64 bit builds. Do not select it for x86 builds as x86 uses
a 32 bit SPL.
Ensure that when limits are set they use CONFIG_64BIT for U-Boot
proper and CONFIG_SPL_64BIT for SPL. This is to allow for the 32 bit
SPL build used by x86.

Based on the existing work done by Simon Glass this series adds
support for booting aarch64 devices using ACPI only.
As first target QEMU SBSA support is added, which relies on ACPI
only to boot an OS. As secondary target the Raspberry Pi4 was used,
which is broadly available and allows easy testing of the proposed
solution.
The series is split into ACPI cleanups and code movements, adding
Arm specific ACPI tables and finally SoC and mainboard related
changes to boot a Linux on the QEMU SBSA and RPi4. Currently only the
mandatory ACPI tables are supported, allowing to boot into Linux
without errors.
The QEMU SBSA support is feature complete and provides the same
functionality as the EDK2 implementation.
The changes were tested on real hardware as well on QEMU v9.0:

Known issues:
- The QEMU rpi4 support is currently limited as it doesn't emulate PCI,

- The SMP bringup doesn't work on RPi4, but works in QEMU (Possibly
cache related).
- PCI on RPI4 isn't working on real hardware since the pcie_brcmstb
Linux kernel module doesn't support ACPI yet.

According to recently firmware handsoff spec [1]'s "Register usage at handoff
boundary", Transfer List's signature value was changed from 0x40_b10b
(3 bytes) to 4a0f_b10b (4 bytes).
As updating of TL's signature, register value of x1/r1 should be:
In aarch32's r1 value should be
R1[23:0]: set to the TL signature (4a0f_b10b -> masked range value: 0f_b10b)
R1[31:24]: version of the register convention == 1
and
In aarch64's x1 value should be
X1[31:0]: set to the TL signature (4a0f_b10b)
X1[39:32]: version of the register convention == 1
X1[63:40]: MBZ
(See the [2] and [3]).
This patch fix problems:
1. breaking X1 value with updated specification in aarch64
- change of length of signature field.
2. previous error value set in R1 in arm32.
- length of signature should be 24, but it uses 32bit signature.
This patch is a breaking change. It works only TF-A is updated.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

During bloblist initialization, load the bloblist via boot arguments
from the previous loader.
If a valid bloblist exists in boot arguments, relocate it into the
fixed bloblist memory region.
If not, fallback to support BLOBLIST_ADDR or BLOBLIST_ALLOC.

The current bloblist pointer and size can be retrieved from global
data, so we don't need to pass them from the function arguments.
This change also help to remove all external access of gd->bloblist
outside of bloblist module.

Instead of expecting the bloblist total size to be the same as the
pre-allocated buffer size, practically we are more interested in
whether the pre-allocated buffer size is bigger than the bloblist
total size.

The v0.9 spec provides for a 24-byte header. Update the implementation
to match this.
Rename the fields of the bloblist header to align to the spec.
Adds an alignment field into the bloblist header.
Update the related bloblist APIs and UT testcases.

The v0.9 spec provides for an 8-byte header for each blob, with fewer
fields.
The blob data start address should be aligned to the alignment specified
by the bloblist header.
Update the implementation to match this.

Use a sinple 8-bit checksum for bloblist, as specified by the spec
version 0.9.
Spec v0.9 specifies that the entire bloblist area is checksummed,
including unused portions. Update the code to follow this.

The updated bloblist structure stores the alignment as a power-of-two
value in its structures. Adjust the API to use this, to avoid needing to
calling ilog2().
Update the bloblist alignment from 16 bytes to 8 bytes.

Align bloblist tags with the FW handoff spec v0.9.
The most common ones are from 0.
TF related ones are from 0x100.
All non-standard ones from 0xfff000.
Added new defined tags:
BLOBLISTT_OPTEE_PAGABLE_PART for TF.
BLOBLISTT_TPM_EVLOG and BLOBLISTT_TPM_CRB_BASE for TPM.

Typically the bloblist is set up after the devicetree is present. This
makes sense because bloblist may use malloc() to allocate the space it
needs.
However sometimes the devicetree itself may be present in the bloblist.
In that case it is at a known location in memory so we can init the
bloblist very early, before devicetree.
Add a flag to indicate whether the bloblist has been inited. Add a
function to init it only if needed. Use that in the init sequence.

When video is set up in SPL, U-Boot proper needs to use the correct
parameters so it can write to the display.

This implementation is intended to be copied to other projects and
modified, to as to foster a standard means of communcating runtime
information between firmware projects.
The GPL-2 license is too restrictive for some projects, e.g. those
intended as reference implementations rather than designed for
collaborative open-source development.
Update the license to make this easier to share.

At present we do support allocating the bloblist but the Kconfig is a bit
strange, since we still have to specify an address in that case. Partly
this is because it is a pain to have CONFIG options that disappears when
its dependency is enabled. It means that we must have #ifdefs in the code,
either in the C code or header file.
Make use of IF_ENABLED_INT() and its friend to solve that problem, so we
can separate out the location of bloblist into a choice. Put the address
and size into variables so we can log the result.
Add the options for SPL as well, so we can use CONFIG_IS_ENABLED().

At present if someone adds a tag in the middle of the list it works well
enough within a U-Boot build. But if these tags are used in another
project, or with an older version of SPL, the numbers make become
inconsistent.
Use explicit tag numbers that never change, to resolve this problem.
Allocate areas for existing U-Boot tags and set up an area for use by
projects and vendors, as well as for private use. Keep tags above
0x10000 unallocated for now.
Update bloblist_tag_name() and the tests to work with this new setup.

Typically the bloblist is positioned at a fixed address in memory until
relocation. This is convenient when it is set up in SPL or before
relocation.
But for EFI we want to set it up only when U-Boot proper is running. Add
a way to allocate it using malloc() and update the documentation to cover
this aspect of bloblist.
Note there are no tests of this feature at present, nor any direct testing
of bloblist_init().
This can be added, e.g. by making this option controllable at runtime.

It is possible to add a blob that ends at the end of the bloblist, but at
present this is not supported. Fix it and add a regression test for this
case.

Sometimes a blob needs to expand, e.g. because it needs to hold more log
data. Add support for this. Note that the bloblist must have sufficient
spare space for this to work.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

Typically in TPL/SPL the bloblist is quite small. But U-Boot proper may
want to add a lot more to it, such as ACPI tables.
Add a way to expand the bloblist by relocating it in U-Boot proper, along
with the other relocation activities.

Some blobs need a larger alignment than the default. For example, ACPI
tables often start at a 4KB boundary. Add support for this.
Update the size of the test blob to allow these larger records.

The intention which bloblists is that each blob's data is aligned in
memory. At present it is only the headers that are aligned.
Update the code to correct this and add a little more documentation.

It is helpful to be able to see basic statistics about the bloblist and
also to list its contents. Add a 'bloblist' command to handle this.
Put the display functions in the bloblist modules rather than in the
command code itself. That allows showing a list from SPL, where commands
are not available.
Also make bloblist_first/next_blob() static as they are not used outside
this file.
