Add support for getting the 'vref-supply' regulator and register it as
ADC's reference voltage regulator, so clients can translate sampled ADC
values to the voltage.

The driver skips hardware initialization if it is already configured by
the earlier bootloader stage (BL30). Skip the initialization only if the
hardware is really initialized and enabled.

This name is far too long. Rename it to remove the 'data' bits. This makes
it consistent with the platdata->plat rename.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).
Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense
since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now
used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces
verbosity and makes it easier to read.
Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line,
thus making dtoc's job easier.

The SARADC driver was merged after the following commit :
commit d35812368a59 ("regmap: change regmap_init_mem() to take ofnode instead udevice")
Thus breaking build, this patch fixes the regmap_init_mem accordingly.

This patch adds the driver for the Amlogic Meson Successive Approximation
Register (SAR) A/D Converter based on the Linux IIO driver thanks to the
great work of Martin Blumenstingl.
The driver has been adapted to U-Boot and the ADC UClass.
This patch depends on the regmap "regmap: add regmap_update_bits() helper"
patch and has been tested using the newly introducted "adc" CLI command
in the "cmd: add ADC cli commands" patch.
