When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

This driver already depends on CONFIG_ARCH_MVEBU, so there is no need
to have some checks for this Kconfig symbol in the driver itself. Let's
remove these superfluous checks.

This board has not been converted to CONFIG_DM by the deadline.
Remove it. As this is the last armada100 platform, remove that support
as well.

Call mmc_of_parse() so that generic DT properties like 'non-removable'
are taken into account.
This fixes boot on Clearfog with eMMC on SOM that requires the
non-removable property.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).
Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense
since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now
used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces
verbosity and makes it easier to read.
Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line,
thus making dtoc's job easier.

Use the _ptr suffixed variant instead of casting. Also, convert it to
dev_read_addr_ptr(), which is safe to CONFIG_OF_LIVE.
One curious part is an error check like follows in
drivers/watchdog/omap_wdt.c:
priv->regs = (struct wd_timer *)devfdt_get_addr(dev);
if (!priv->regs)
return -EINVAL;
devfdt_get_addr() returns FDT_ADDR_T_NONE (i.e. -1) on error.
So, this code does not catch any error in DT parsing.
dev_read_addr_ptr() returns NULL on error, so this error check
will work.
I generated this commit by the following command:
$ find . -name .git -prune -o -name '*.[ch]' -type f -print | \
xargs sed -i -e 's/([^*)]*\*)devfdt_get_addr(/dev_read_addr_ptr(/'

Since commit 3d296365e4e8 ("mmc: sdhci: Add support for
sdhci-caps-mask") sdhci_setup_cfg() expects a valid sdhci_host mmc
field. Move the mmc field initialization before sdhci_setup_cfg()
call to avoid crash on mmc pointer dereference.

The new DM implementation currently does not support the Sheeva
88SV331xV5 specific quirk present in the legacy implementation. The
legacy code is thus kept for this SoC and others not yet migrated to
DM_MMC.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

The mv_sdhci driver was not zeroing the sdhci_host structure it
allocates causing random access violations in parts of the mmc core
where the "ops" member pointers are checked and called if not NULL.

The sdhci controller assumes that the base clock frequency is fully supported by
the peripheral and doesn't support hardware limitations. The Linux kernel
distinguishes between base clock (max_clk) of the host controller and maximum
frequency (f_max) of the card interface. Use the same differentiation and allow
the platform to constrain the peripheral interface.

This driver did not yet configure the SDHCI MBUS bridge registers.
Without this and with CONFIG_MMC_SDMA enabled, mmc hangs at random
times. As DMA cannot complete correctly.
Tested on db-88f6820-gp eval board.

sdhci_readw does not work for host version read in Armada100 series
SoCs. This patch fix this issue by making a sdhci_readl call to get host
version.

Marvell 88SV331xV5 platform's sdhci host control is not very standard
with the spec in the 8bit handling. It need to set its private register
to switch to the 8bit mode which is not included in the standard sdhci
registers.
This patch mainly hacks the writeb method, and set its private register
if it find the driver is going to switch to the 8bit mode.
