2015-03-13mx51evk: Use the default CONFIG_SYS_PBSIZEFabio Estevam
Entering the maximum number of characters defined by CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE into the console and hitting enter afterwards, causes a hang in the system because CONFIG_SYS_PBSIZE is not capable of storing the extra characters of the error message: "Unknown command '' - try 'help'". 2013-04-25mx51evk: Update environment in order to allow booting a dt kernelFabio Estevam
Update the environment as done in other imx boards to allow easy switching between booting a non-dt kernel and a dt kernel. Change CONFIG_LOADADDR to 0x92000000, so that we can have the: - uImage at 0x92000000 - imx51-babbage.dtb at 0x91000000 ,which are adequate locations in RAM to avoid overlapping. FSL 2.6.35 kernel assumes that the bootloader passes the CONFIG_REVISION_TAG information. If this data is not present, the kernel misconfigures the TZIC, which results in the timer interrupt handler never being called, so the kernel deadlocks while calibrating its delay. The serial driver for iMX SOCs is continuosly changed if a new SOC or not yet used port is used. CONFIG_SYS_<SOC>_<UART Port> defines were used only to find the base address for the selected UART.
