pinned-tdx: bump meta-toradex-bsp-common5.0.0
This bump has only one change in it. It enforces the new tezi config
format that was made to make sure the right u-boot environment gets
written when installing this image.
This is necessary because older tezi releases do break u-boot
environment leading to non-booting BSP 5.0.0 images.
